Iris flashes on MacOS issue fix

In one of the Mac Catalina updates, there were some issues caused by the update that made Iris flash between bright and red

If you’re experiencing the issue:

  • check if you have any conflicting programs like flux and uninstall them
  • turn off automatic brightness
  • disable night shift
  • update Catalina again
