I played 10 hours a day league of legends for the past 4 days and I got from bronze 2 to plat 2 in those 4 days. That’s insane achievement but it comes with a cost. My eyes got really tired. After reading this article I will start using the “Blink Blink Blink” and the “20-20-20” techniques. Hopefully that helps me out. Thanks!
