Iris App Not Responding When Trying to Open It on Mac OS X El Capitan

I downloaded the latest version of the Iris app for Mac OS X (version 1.0.8) to my MacBook. But when I double click on the app's icon, I get an error message saying I can't open it because Iris is not responding.

Can you message me at and send a screenshot of the error and the version of Iris that you are using?
