This happens sometimes and there is no need to worry
Here are a few things that I can think of and may be the cause:
Is it possible that you are running two versions of Iris (or another similar program) at the same time?
They conflict with each other and may cause this
If that's not the case, can you try enabling the high-level API?
It fixes this issue most of the time, it was introduced with a Windows 10 update and it's a bug from their side
