Hi, I wonder whether pwm control would work on my samsung laptop (np530 u3c). As there is no free trial I can't check it at all...

*both come on windows 10*

Also, I wonder if the license is per 1 unit or per user (I've got couple of laptops that need to be tuned, but paying 10$ per laptop is waayy too expensive for me)

Iris is free

Iris Pro is paid, but you don't need it if you don't want customization

It's per unit (per PC)

It works on all monitors and the free version also works. Try it don't worry

Well, actually I installed it already..but the display still flickers when not on max brightness..
and if I go to advanced setting and try to enter Britness section...the window asking for pro license pops up the end, how can test that cool *no-pwm* option?

Iris brightness doesn't use PWM, but it cannot remove the integrated flicker rate of your display. This is hardware thing which is not possible

You have to set your diwplay for full brightness to stop pwm. Then Iris (free) will adjust the brightness a bit down when it's dark. It can't stop your screen from flickering when it's on low brightness. PWM is not used when full brightness.
