Are IRIS and ASUS Eye Care conflicting or complementing?

I started using an ASUS VX24AH which is advertised as part of the Eye Care program. Do the Eye Care technologies interfere with IRIS functionality? Are there recommended settings? Right now I use a blue light reduction (monitor setting) on level 3 out of 4, which visually seems convenient, and use IRIS in health or reading mode above that.

Thank you for your input

They should't.

Only if you notice some kind of screen flicker from bright to dark

I notice some type of flickering when IRIS dims down (health mode) in the evening, the color impression cycles through the spectrum like a subtle rainbow, dominantly between reddish and blueish. this takes a few seconds and then it stabilizes, until IRIS dims again. I'm not sure whether the eye-care functionality is compromised or whether there is a way around that.
