Well, it’s something like 30 days after purchase.
If you want a refund after 35 days we will still refund you so don’t worry.
Just please don’t use Iris for 10 years andΒ then want a refund.
PayPal buyer protectionΒ is also limited to 180 days and after this, we can’t refund the purchase.
No, we don’t store or process the payments.
Iris uses payment gateways like PayPal and 2checkout and we only get a notification when payment is made.
When our servers get the notification, they automatically create and send you activation codes via e-mail.
Your activation code is also displayed on the screen after payment.
So we don’t know your card number and don’t have access to charge you.
We can however refund your money via PayPal and 2checkout.
Yes, we never charge you directly.
Instead we use big payment providers like PayPal and 2checkout to process the payments.
You always pay what is written on the payment screen.
We pay the taxes and payment fees from our side.
You may only have some fee from your bank based on your bank fees or some currency conversion to dollars.
We don’t know your debit/credit card numbers and can’t charge you unless you buy Iris again in the future.
Subscription payments are handled by PayPal and you can cancel them from your account or from this page.
Yes, we try to answer as fast as possible and we also have a Messenger bot with some automatic answers to common problems.
Until now we don’t have an unsolved problem so don’t worry.
Worst case scenario you will get all your money back.
I don’t think there may be other questions but if something is unclear write in the comments below and IΒ will answer you π
