Hey there! I’m absolutely not sure where to seek support, but does anyone happen to use Linux here? And are they able to run Iris just fine
1. when I use per monitor setting and try using software cursor. It uses the system cursor and not software. This might be bug I don’t know
3. When I have per monitor setting than try to set let’s say Monitor 2 To a screen effect like invert. It sets the screen effect to all monitors. This is bug I think unless there’s a advance setting I don’t know about
Hello, I currently have Iris installed on my home computer and would like to install it on my computer at work. The End-User License Agreement states that it cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Is Iris allowed to be installed on an individual’s work computer at their place of employment? Please provide clarification. Thank you. Regards
The cursor is not working with Iris. It’s as if the settings aren’t being applied to the cursor I’m using macOS Catalina 10.15.5 on a MacBook Pro (retina, 13-inch, early 2015)
Hi, not sure if this channel is also for reporting bugs? Just tried to changed the keyboard settings back to default. It is not possible to hold CTRL + ALT and then select P.
Also it would probably be helpful to have a button to restore default values (not only for this section in the options). Yes, pressing CTRL + ALT en then typing the letter P on my keyboard Version 1.2.0 For example CTRL + SHIFT + P does work properly
Hello guys, I’ve been using Iris ever since 2016. It has been super helpful but I still spend too much time in front of my laptop and want to relieve the strain on my eyes. I saw that some monitors like BenQ EX2780Q offer built-in eye care protection features (low blue light, reading mode, flicker free, etc.). Is it worth getting such a monitor or does Iris provide enough protection regardless of the monitor?
