Eyes can become damaged in the long run when spending a lot of hours in front of the computer.
Here are a couple of things you can do:
- Take regular breaks from your computer, you can use some sort of timer to remind you so you don’t forget to take a break
- Reduce PWM flicker, your monitor turns on and off 20–60 times a second. Our eyes can’ spot this but our brains can and it’s really harmful
- Reduce Blue Light, the monitors nowadays emit blue light, which is really harmful to our eyes, sleep and overall health.
You can do all 3 things and much more with a program like Iris
It is the only program that can block the PWM flicker of any monitor and one of the best blue light blocking applications out there
